PEAK-Data

Purpose: To create a digital data sheet using PEAK’s unique data collecting methods.

I attended a PEAK training in 2017 since I intended to use their curriculum with my current caseload at the time. I noticed a need for a digital version of their paper data sheets and came up with the method of using an interactive PDF and a MS Excel spreadsheet.

It’s intended to be simple and affordable for single practitioners and small businesses as an alternative to digital data collection platforms.

I currently have a licensing agreement with Dr. Mark Dixon (PEAK) to sell this product.

Shown is a PDF using the same 10 trial block from PEAK with extra space for program description and prompts for user. Totals are automatically calculated and transferred to a summary sheet using a bit of code within the PDF.

The summary sheets allows a snapshot of how the student performed that day and also allows the user to copy/paste data to the spreadsheet. Scroll down to see a demonstration.
