Christina's webinar / Paradigm Behavior's webinar is a great reminder that in order for effective therapy to occur, the needs of the entire family unit need to be considered. The empathy map is a fabulous/valuable/indispensable training tool to engage your whole team with respect to the considerations of your client's caregivers.

I watched Christina’s webinar Empathy Mapping for Parent Training through How to ABA and it was great! She was awesome to listen to and gave great advice and tips when working with parents, which I find to be one of the most challenging areas in my job. She had a great outlook on things and very positive. I also loved how she shared some of her materials and resources she has available on Paradigm - I love them! So organized and very nicely laid out, one of my favourites is the Playroom Template. Thank you Christina for being so willing to share your experiences and knowledge with me and I will definitely be interested to learn from you again in the future, you truly have so much to share!

I had a very successful session with a parent where we filled out the empathy map in regards to her son. I felt confident guiding the parent through the process after listening to Christina's webinar. The webinar provided concrete examples and Christina's emotional touch added a level of relatability that I found invaluable.

I am a BCBA working in a clinic so I only meet with the parents one time a week for training. They come into the clinic and I do miss out on that interaction with parent/child at home setting. So after the Empathy webinar (which I found helpful) I ordered the Roadmap to ABA Parent Training. I can't tell you how helpful this was with connecting and training the parents. Best of all was your Empathy Map Canvas that you spoke about during the training. It is critical that we are empathizing with caregivers and actually find out what it is that they need to accomplish. By empathizing with caregivers, we connect. When we connect, we are trusted and we can then begin to help the parents/caregivers reach their goals!
